While the traditional bridal shoes might be a satin pump that’s a perfect match to the gown, many brides are choosing different styles for their big day. Choosing the right pair of shoes can make you much more comfortable on your wedding day.
If you still want to go with a heel, consider finding a pair that adds a bit of color or even a pattern to your bridal style. This is a popular choice and can be a bit of fun for your bridal style. It also allows you much more choice, and you can shop at any shoe store!
Some brides are opting for a less traditional choice, such as a pair of sneakers. This is a great choice for an offbeat bride, or one who isn’t comfortable in heels.
If you don’t want a heel, but still prefer a formal look, look for a pair of dressy flats. A beautiful ballet flat can look fabulous under a wedding gown.
Of course, if you’re planning a beach wedding, you should also consider bridal flip flops or even going barefoot. Flip flops can also be a great choice if you want to change out of more formal shoes, with many bridal styles available with a bit of added bling.
